The Problem of Being Overweight

Being overweight is a problem that has manifest itself in lots of people. People are gaining weight at an alarming rate. Unhealthy eating habits and sedentary lifestyle are the root cause of being overweight. This condition is also known as obesity. It has become a serious problem. Most obese people are in the throes of overeating. Binging or overeating is common nowadays. Obese people can’t control their food desire. They get strong cravings for food.
Obese people are addicted to food. They can’t do without food and are emotionally dependant on food. They seek comfort in food and are part of a vicious cycle of binging and feeling guilty. Food cravings are very unhealthy. People who keep eating too much are in the deep abyss of obesity.
Fat people are looked down upon in our society. They are snickered at and considered freaks. Our Indian society is harsh towards fat people. When a fat person goes for an interview he is rejected for the job as he is fat. The interviewer thinks that the fat person could not control his weight, how will he perform well at the job. There is a strong bias against fat people.
But, fat people should not give up hope. With diet control and regular exercise they can loose all the flab and become slim. Many fat people have lost lots of weight. It is basically motivating oneself enough to loose weight. One must look at fatness in a positive manner. It is not a situation in which you have to be permanently. Obesity is curable and weight can be easily lost. Keep feasible targets. Loose 4 kgs per month. Gradual weightloss is healthy and one does not put it back on.
Focus on eating healthy. Avoid sugar and fried stuff. Eat a nutritious breakfast as that will kickstart your metabolism and also give you energy for the day. Oats is an ingredient of a good, healthy breakfast. Eat total three square meals in a day. Have a light snack in the evening alongwith milk. Don’t starve yourself but don’t binge also. Eat smart and sensibly and over time you will gradually loose weight.
Exercise is a must also. Do daily thirty minutes of exercising. Stationery cycle is a good item to purchase and do cycling daily. Exercise done sporadically has no effect. It is only daily exercise that is important. Yoga is a fantastic exercise form and daily yoga for twenty minutes is great exercise. Chart out your workout and after one month you will see the good effects of exercising.
Thinking positive, eating smart and daily exercising are a must for weight loss. Following these tips a fat person can over time become slim. So! If you are fat, don’t feel miserable, just get going. Eat less and move more. Move your butt more and be active!
